Today are going to be going to the public library downtown to see Michel Chikwanine talk to us about the horrors he has witnessed in his life. He was a child soldier for the rebels. The rebels had asked him to shoot his best friend and then ransack a village but luckily Michel got away. Today I am going to be inspired to help child soldiers everywhere in South Africa.

Day 8
Today, March 13, I have been working on my MDG(millenium development goal), and so far I have found out that about 10 million children die every year for not getting the education and nourishment they need to survive.
To help out these children I have decided to start serving food at homeless shelters and I have also decided to make a food basket where people can donate food and that will sent to children so that they will be able to eat some delicious for once.
Reducing Child Mortality
On the very first day of researching a millennium goal, i had a little bit of trouble finding out what my goal should be and the task that i should choose. i have finally decided that I’m gonna work on reducing child mortality. in this goal i need to work on helping groups like War Child Canada and UNICEF. i would be helping out by donating food, helping raise money for nourishment for children in third-world countries. end of day 1
